I came in to transfer a physical sim from one phone into an esim on a new phone. I then also added a new line to my account, and unknowingly I had chosen a plan that was not the best choice. Thankfully the rep named Kamaljit was super helpful, advised me of a better plan that was cheaper, and even though I came in person, he was able to help with the in person connection fee. Awesome service, patient and super nice.
